How do I book a ride with Prime Transportation?

What is your cancellation policy?
A cancellation fee will be charged in the event that the request for transportation is canceled less than forty-eight (48) hours from time of cancellation notification to time of requested service. Cancellation with less than forty-eight (48) hours notice will be charged the full amount of the chartered service based upon the hourly rate multiplied by the number of hours reserved for, plus any amenities which were requested by the customer and which have been purchased by the carrier by the time of the cancellation. If we are able to make any reasonable adjustments, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What if my flight is early, late, changed times or delayed?
Our system automatically updates your flight status to ensure our chauffeurs are given updated arrival information and respond accordingly. We track your flight and arrival for a seamless pick up with the flight number and information that you provide at the time of booking.

How much should I tip my chauffeur?
We leave the tip completely up to you at the time of service, unless specifically instructed otherwise. The industry standard for tipping is 20%, however the driver will be more than happy with anything that they receive. If you do feel like the driver has gone above and beyond then feel free to tip more.
