How do I book a ride with Prime Transportation?
You can easily book online through our website or call us directly at 702-508-8901. For custom requests or questions, feel free to email us at Info@primetransportationlv.com.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Las Vegas, NV, and offer transportation throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including the Strip, Downtown, McCarran Airport, Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam, and out-of-town trips like Pahrump Winery Tours
What is your cancellation policy?
All monies are due before the execution of the transportation. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to the scheduled date/time of the transportation to receive a full refund. (During special events this cancellation period is extended to 14 days) Cancellations made within the 72-hour window (14-day window for Special Events) will forfeit 50%. Same day Cancellations and No Shows will forfeit 100%. If we are able to make any reasonable adjustments, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer transportation for weddings and special events?
Yes! We specialize in luxury transportation for weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and private events. Let us help make your big day stress-free and stylish.
Are your chauffeurs professionally trained?
Absolutely. All of our chauffeurs are experienced, professionally trained, and committed to providing you with a safe, smooth, and courteous ride.
What if my flight is early, late, changed times or delayed?
Our system automatically updates your flight status to ensure our chauffeurs are given updated arrival information and respond accordingly. We track your flight and arrival for a seamless pick up with the flight number and information that you provide at the time of booking.
Can I make a last-minute booking?
We do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability. For fastest service, please call us directly at 702-508-8901.
How much should I tip my chauffeur?
We leave the tip completely up to you at the time of service, unless specifically instructed otherwise. The industry standard for tipping is 20%, however the driver will be more than happy with anything that they receive. If you do feel like the driver has gone above and beyond then feel free to tip more.
